The “Prince Vandal of Novgorod” (KVN) is a Russian strike unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the FPV type that uses a fiber-optic communication link for control and video transmission. The drone was developed by the Ushkuynik Scientific and Production Center in Veliky Novgorod, Russian Federation. Its distinguishing feature is the use of a fiber-optic link rather than a conventional radio control channel.
