The M67 is an American offensive fragmentation hand grenade. It was developed in 1975 to replace the obsolete Mk2 grenade, which first appeared during World War I. The main components of the grenade are: a steel casing with a total weight (including the explosive) of 397 grams, an explosive charge—Composition B (analogous to the Soviet TG-40)—weighing approximately 184 grams, and an M213 fuse. The radius of direct damage is 5 m, the radius of indirect damage is 15 m, and the shrapnel range is up to 230 m.
