O-10
3-O-10 is a Soviet/Russian high-explosive fragmentation submunition used in cluster munitions designed for the 2S4 Tyulpan heavy self-propelled mortar system. The delivery munition is the rocket-assisted cluster mortar round 3-O-8, which contains fourteen 3-O-10 submunitions.
